Inquiry forms
When you choose to send an inquiry, the form collects your name, email, organization or company, the challenge you describe, and the optional website or project details you provide. This information is used to assess your inquiry, reply and, if appropriate, scope a project. Please do not include sensitive personal records, passwords or confidential commercial documents.
On the hosted site, Netlify processes and stores form submissions. Email providers may also process replies and notifications. Data may be stored outside Canada. Submissions are not sold, used for advertising or added to a mailing list.
Interactive concept demo
The Ovranta concept runs entirely in your browser using preset content. Its selections are not sent to Northlink, an AI provider or a research service. They are not stored in cookies or local storage. Refreshing the page resets the brief. If you download a brief, the file is saved on your own device.
The separate Ovranta product-feedback form sends only the information entered in that inquiry form. Opening an external source link or email link is your choice and uses that provider’s services.
Hosting, fonts and tracking
The site uses no analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies. Fonts and assets are served locally. The web host may keep standard access and security logs, including IP addresses and browser details. External links lead to sites with their own privacy practices.
Retention and project confidentiality
Inquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within twelve months. Engagement records are retained as needed for the work and ordinary business and tax purposes. Project materials, access and confidentiality are agreed separately. Client work is only published with written permission.
Access, corrections or deletion
To ask about information you have shared, request a correction or request deletion, email hank@northlinkstrategy.com. Northlink will respond within a reasonable period.
